Firm Advice is conducting a search for an associate attorney to join the distinguished chambers-rated M&A team of a highly esteemed Virginia-based firm. As a member of this team, you'll engage in a diverse range of domestic and international transactions, catering to both private equity firms and companies. This opportunity presents a unique chance to become part of a top-tier mid-sized firm, allowing you to enhance your hands-on experience in the field.

Work can be conducted on a hybrid basis in either Tysons or Richmond, Virginia.

REQUIREMENTS
  • JD and admission to or ability to be admitted to the Virginia bar.
  • Three plus years’preferred M&A experience.
  • Experience with finance and private equity a plus.
  • Ability to work as a team member as well as individually.
